MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY
Please proceed with the application only if you meet the following requirements:
❖ You speak English
❖ You are 21 years of age or older
❖ You have no DUI history in the past 3 years
❖ You own one of the following vehicles:
Box Truck Sprinter Van Cargo Van
❖ You hold a valid driver’s license issued by your state of residence
❖ You have a smartphone with nationwide coverage (iOS or Android)
❖ You are able to operate a GPS navigation system
❖ Your vehicle is model year 2014 or newer
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Please be prepared to upload all available documents at the end of the application. All remaining documents may be submitted via email to: Recruiting@primewayxp.com
Required documents include:
❖ Form W-9
❖ Voided Check for direct deposit
❖ Driver’s Work Authorization (SSN, Passport or Work Permit)
❖ Copy of Vehicle Registration
❖ Photos of the vehicle
❖ Photos of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), if available
❖ Copies of Certifications, if applicable (TWIC, TSA, Hazmat, etc.)
❖ Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing the Company as the
Certificate Holder (information will be provided within the application)
INSURANCE COVERAGE REQUIREMENTS
The Certificate of Insurance must include the following coverage:
• Commercial Auto Coverage – Trucking for Hire Operations
• $1,000,000 Primary Commercial Auto Liability (CSL)
• $100,000 Broad Form Cargo Coverage with a maximum $1,000 deductible
• Unlimited Radius of Operations (nationwide coverage)
Policies limited to 200, 300, or 500 mile operating radius are not acceptable, even if occasional trips outside the radius are permitted.
• The Company must be listed as Additional Insured, where applicable.
• The certificate must list all covered vehicles (Year, Make, VIN) and all approved drivers.
